We are a general helpline for first information about possible help organisations and legal information if you have become the victim of any kind of criminal offence. You can reach us on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. anywhere in Austria on the free telephone number 0800 112 112. You are also welcome to email us your questions using the secure form. We will reply within two business days.
