Find support for dementia and Alzheimer's from a helpline in Ontario, Canada

Gradually losing your edge and having to adapt to your new reality could make you feel a range of different emotions. However, many people out there are going through the same thing. You can find free support in Ontario, Canada from 24 hotlines if you’re struggling with:

  • Forgetfulness of simple things, like a shopping list, more than usual
  • Not caring about what others feel
  • Confusion about time, mixing past with present events
  • You might experience hallucinations and delusions
  • Feeling depressed and pessimistic for no obvious reason
  • Finding it difficult to speak and focus on what you’re saying
  • Using strange words to name otherwise very familiar objects
