Are you struggling with parenting? Contact a hotline in Hong Kong for support

Parenting comes with a wide range of challenges. Providing safety, giving emotional warmth, tending to your child's psychological and social needs, and caring for their physical well-being, could sometimes overwhelm you. You can get support from 11 parenting hotlines in Hong Kong if you are noticing:
