Are you struggling with challenges in your relationship? Contact a free hotline in India for confidential support

If you're feeling dissatisfied in your relationship, help is available. Many people experience relationship problems as a result of poor communication, infidelity, life circumstances, and unresolved trauma. In India, 10 hotlines provide support with relationships. Reach out if you can relate to any of the following challenges in your relationship:

  • You don’t participate in enough fun activities together
  • You disagree about chores, and this is causing tension
  • A lack of openness and emotional intimacy
  • Your sexual appetites differ significantly
  • Passion and sexual desire are dwindling
  • There’s a lack of mutual support in your relationship
  • You and your partner are developing in different directions
  • There is some past trauma or loss that affects your relationship

If your relationship has become unhealthy, you may be feeling insecure. It can be confusing when the person you love has let you down in some way. Doubt can creep in and make you question your future together. It's normal to feel conflicted. If you're being abused, you may be scared about leaving your partner.

When you try to tackle relationship problems on your own, you may get stuck. Fortunately, helpine volunteers and counselors in India have been trained in supporting people through relationship troubles, including abuse, and they are available to help you for free.

If you think you might need support with relationship problems today, consider contacting a helpline in India for free, confidential help.
