Get help now from a helpline in India for trauma and PTSD

It is never easy to deal with traumatic experiences and resulting PTSD symptoms. There are 10 in India that can help you begin your healing journey. Although each person’s experience of trauma and PTSD is unique, there are some common symptoms which include:

  • Feeling unable to trust anyone
  • Becoming isolated, withdrawn and avoiding social situations
  • Feelings of guilt or shame about a traumatic event
