Struggling to cope with grief and loss? Hotline support is available in Jamaica

Healing after a loss takes time. The pain of the loss can feel so intense that you don't know how to cope or where to turn. Talking openly about the loss can help you feel better. In Jamaica there are 1 support lines you can contact. Grieving can look like:

It's normal to feel many different emotions when you're grieving. If you've never experienced grief or loss before, this can be scary. It might feel like you're losing control. However, what you're feeling is a completelty normal response to a significant loss.

It's okay to allow yourself to feel and experience your emotions without any shame. Nobody has the right to tell you how to feel because each person's grieving process is unique.
