Lost a loved one? Grief support hotlines are available in Kenya

The pain of grief and loss can make you want to withdraw from others and turn inwards. You may feel isolated. However, support is available. There are 2 hotlines in Kenya that support with grief and loss. If you're experiencing any of these symptoms, you may find relief from talking to someone who understands:

  • A feeling of abandonment by the person you lost

It's okay to allow yourself to feel and experience your emotions without any shame. Nobody has the right to tell you how to feel because each person's grieving process is unique.
