Struggling with your gender and sexual identity? Get support from a LGBTQ-friendly hotline in New Zealand

If you’re questioning your sexual orientation or gender identity, or if you’re experiencing problems as a result of identifying as LGBTQ, you’re not alone. If you're struggling with any of the below, there are 6 helplines in New Zealand that you can reach out to for support.

Experiencing rejection as a lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender person is extremely painful. You deserve to be accepted and loved for who you are. When you’re not, it can take a serious toll on your mental health. If you feel confused, lonely, and even suicidal, your feelings are valid.
