Struggling to cope with grief and loss? Hotline support is available in New Zealand

Many people struggle to come to terms with a huge loss. However, you don't need to bear the burden of grief on your own. You can find free support in New Zealand from 9 hotlines. If you recognize any of these symptoms, then talking through your experience with someone can help:

  • Relief if your lost loved one had a painful or debilitating illness
  • Complete shock and feeling that the loss is not real
  • Body aches and pains and headaches
