We are here to help youth, parents in California, United States who may be looking for support with anxiety, bullying, depression, family issues, loneliness, relationships, school or work issues, stress, suicide, supporting a friend or family member.

We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you.

When you contact us you will talk with one our friendly and supportive volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. We are ready to support you 24/7, whether it's the middle of the day or the middle of the night.
