We are here for adults in Illinois, United States who may be experiencing emotional distress related to abuse & domestic violence, family issues, parenting, relationships, sexual abuse, suicide, supporting a friend or family member.

We are dedicated to preventing suicide. If you are contemplating suicide or wanting to kill yourself, we will listen without judgment and support you.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive peers or volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. We are ready to support you 24/7, whether it's the middle of the day or the middle of the night.
