Kent Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Service Helpline is dedicated to providing 24/7, free and confidential support and information by phone. We are here to help youth, parents in Kent, England who may be experiencing emotional distress related to anxiety, bullying, depression, family issues, grief & loss, parenting, self-harm, stress, substance use, suicide, trauma & PTSD.
As part of our commitment to preventing suicide, we are available to help you if you are considering suicide or harming yourself, or if you are noticing warning signs in a friend or family member
When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained counselors who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. We are always open. You can contact us for free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
