About NIA

The Information and Support Service (I&S Service) is a helpline providing confidential, safe and specialist support to women and girls who live, work or study in East London, who have suffered sexual violence, domestic violence and or abuse, including prostitution. The I&S Service aims to provide emotional support, information and access to ELRC (Early Learning Resource Center). Women and girls can talk anonymously and in confidence, it is up to callers how much information they choose to give.
