SANE Australia

SANE provides free support, information, resources and referrals for people over 18 years of age living with complex mental health needs, and their families and carers. We also welcome people with intellectual disability, autism or acquired brain injury, who would benefit from mental health support.

SANE’s services have been designed and informed by people with personal experience of living with complex mental health needs or caring for someone who does. Our safe and inclusive services are open to all Australians impacted by complex mental health issues regardless of personal circumstances, medical history, or existing support arrangements.
