Stowarzyszenie Animo - Odważ się żyć! provides free and confidential support and information by phone. We are here for everyone in Poland who may be experiencing emotional distress related to anxiety, depression, loneliness, stress, suicide.

As part of our commitment to preventing suicide, we are available to help you if you are considering suicide or harming yourself, or if you are noticing warning signs in a friend or family member

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained counselors who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Regardless of your age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs, we will listen in a supportive and non-judgmental capacity.
