Utah County Talk Line

Utah County Talk Line provides free and confidential support by phone. We help everyone, people with a religious faith in Utah, United States who may require support with abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, Dementia & Alzheimer's, depression, eating & body image, family issues, gambling, gender & sexual identity, grief & loss, loneliness, parenting, pregnancy & abortion, relationships, school or work issues, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, suicide, supporting a friend or family member, trauma & PTSD.

We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone.
