There are 5 helplines in Philippines that help with anxiety. Anxiety is common and you're not alone in what you're experiencing – no matter how confusing or overwhelming it may feel. Anxiety symptoms may present like any of the following:

  • Trembling, sweating, or feeling clammy
  • Restlessness, fidgeting, or can't seem to sit still
  • Suddenly feeling hot or cold
  • Increased heart rate

  • Feeling like something bad is going to happen
  • Feeling like you're out of control

All of these are normal symptoms of anxiety.
