Contact a hotline in Poland for free, confidential support with stress

Extreme stress can seriously impact your mental health and quality of life. If you're feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope with your responsibilities, help is available. You can get support from 11 helplines in Poland. Reach out if you're experiencing any of the following:

  • Sleep disturbances; sleeping excessively or not sleeping at all.
  • Difficulty concentrating and focusing.
  • Excessive sweating in the hands.
  • Dry mouth and trouble swallowing anything.
  • Being overly pessimistic or only focusing on the negative side of things.
  • Constantly worrying about something.
  • Having difficulty relaxing and unwinding.
  • Irritable, angry, and impatient.

When you're under a lot of stress, pressure and tension build up and life can suddenly feel unmanageable. It can be scary when it feel like things are beyond your control. However, there are healthy ways to manage stress that can ease the pressure and help you cope.

You may feel that you should be able to handle your problems on your own, but there's a lot of strength in reaching out for help. If you contact a hotline in Poland, you'll be connected to a counselor or volunteer who can help carry your burdens. Sometimes simply opening up to someone can make you feel lighter.
