Many people go through traumatic experiences in their lives. They are more common than you might realize. That’s why there are 4 helplines for people suffering from PTSD in Taiwan. It can be helpful to know some of the signs and symptoms of PTSD:

  • Experiencing 'hypervigilance' or extreme alertness
  • Blaming yourself for what happened to you
