Get support for grief and loss from a hotline in Vietnam

If you're in Vietnam and you're struggling with grief or loss, there are 2 hotlines available. Speaking to someone about your experience can help you process complex and distressing emotions. If you can relate to any of the following symptoms, then you would benefit from contacting a helpline:

  • Increased anxiety about the future
  • Feeling emotionally unstable, like you're on an emotional rollercoaster
  • If you are religious, you may start to question your faith
  • A feeling of abandonment by the person you lost
  • A feeling of deep sadness and emptiness
  • Using substances to cope with the pain
  • Complete shock and feeling that the loss is not real
  • Weight loss or weight gain

Everybody experiences and copes with grief differently. It's normal to feel several emotions in one day. It can be confusing to go through all of this on your own.

Grieving is a very personal experience and because of that, it can feel isolating. If you're in Vietnam, speaking to someone who has been there too, and who understands can help you feel less alone.

If you think you might need support with grief or loss today, consider contacting a helpline in Vietnam for free, confidential help.
