Get support for loneliness from a free hotline in Vietnam

Loneliness affects many people for many different reasons. If you have felt lonely for a long time and you notice any of the following symptoms, you can get support from one of 3 free helplines in Vietnam.

  • In extreme cases, thoughts of self-harm or suicide.
  • Wanting to connect with others but feeling held back by social anxiety.
  • Feeling disconnected from everyone else.
  • Feeling that nobody "gets" you.
  • Feeling that life is meaningless.
  • Drinking or using substances to cope with negative feelings.
  • Feeling fatigued and low in energy.
  • Increased feelings of stress or anxiety.

Everybody is prone to feeling lonely, even in the company of others. It's especially common to feel lonely when you're not connecting with others in a meaningful way. When you're not connecting with others in a way that meets your social needs, you may feel extremely isolated.
