8015 Suicide Prevention Hotline is dedicated to providing 24/7, free and confidential support over phone. We are here for everyone in Rwanda who may be experiencing emotional distress related to anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicide.

We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive counselors who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone. We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. We are always available to talk with you.
