The 914 hotline is a toll-free number that provide telephone services to victims/survivors of sexual offences and domestic violence and child abuse. The hotline system, being the first of its kind, operates on a 24-Hours basis, 7 days a week with an 8-Hour shift system manned by dedicated telephone operators.
