About Advocates Against Domestic Abuse Helpline

We are a registered charity created to offer services that provide shelter, support, and advocacy for victims of domestic abuse/violence while educating the wider community so that zero tolerance can be achieved. We engage and educate the public through workshops and programs dealing with this topic.

We have a 24hrs hotline in which we offer counselling and support via the phone or face-to-face with a counsellor, or we refer persons to other organization who can help in ways we are unable to. We also assist with clothing, food items, legal, welfare, we assist person in seeking employment, writing cv’s and location of finding somewhere to live. Our services extend to working with the police and courts.

Our services are free, and we don’t have a restriction on how many hours of counselling a person will receive.
