Arise 24/7 Crisis Helpline provides 24/7, free, compassionate and confidential support by phone. We support everyone in New Mexico, United States who may need emotional support with abuse & domestic violence, sexual abuse, trauma & PTSD.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained counselors or volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
