The Honduran Association of the Telephone of Hope is a civil, non-profit, apolitical and non-denominational organization, whose mission is to promote the emotional health of people, especially those in crisis situations. Through the toll-free number 150 we provide emotional support in situations related to abuse, domestic violence, anxiety, harassment, depression, family problems, grief for all types of loss, loneliness, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, etc. We are very committed to suicide prevention, providing special emotional support to people who are considering this option as a solution to their mental and emotional problems. If you live in Honduras and are going through a crisis, dial 150 for free, regardless of your age, gender, religious opinion or nationality. On the other end of the line you will talk to a properly trained person who will listen to you anonymously, empathetically, respectfully and confidentially.
