If you have questions or need advice, send us an anonymous letter. It may take a few days before you receive a reply in the web mailbox.

If you need guidance right away, the counseling service answers on 116 111 between 8 PM and midnight every evening.

The counseling service is anonymous — we cannot see who is calling or writing.

If you need someone to talk to — or simply someone who will listen — you can come to Barnabati’s office for a conversation. This extended service is offered by the “You & Me Counseling” service.
