It operates 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, without any charge.

When you contact the helpline, you will talk with specialized staff including psychologists, social workers and lawyers, depending on your needs. Hope For Children, aiming to apply a multi-disciplinary and individualized approach, employs 95 full-time staff with various backgrounds, specialized on child protection matters.
