KEY Consumer Organization is a mental health consumer-run organization that seeks to empower and encourage other mental health consumers in their recovery journey. We advocate on the state, local, and national levels for consumers like us. One of the ways we serve consumers is through our peer-run warmline. The warmline is not a crisis talk line. the warmline is where consumers can talk with a peer who is also in recovery with mental health challenges. Our warmline is a source of support and connection that can be helpful in addition to traditional mental health services.
