Kanner-Jugendtelefon is a counseling service for children and young people. Counseling takes place over the phone, online or chat. Parents can also take advantage of telephone advice anonymously and confidentially. Children and young people can contact us anonymously, confidentially and free of charge with their questions and concerns. No problem is too small to talk to us about. We’re here to listen and guide you to take the next step to getting help.
