Our Helpline offers psychological and legal assistance and support in the following cases: Abuse & domestic violence, Gender & sexual identity, Sexual abuse to women and girls. The helpline is available 24/24, 7/7. This service is mainly related to persons who have suffered from home violence, including sexual violence. The victim is guaranteed the protection of rights and interests. The victim has the right to assistance for physical, psychological, and social recuperation through special medical, psychological, legal, and social actions. The provision of protection and assistance services is not conditioned by the victimțs desire to report the case or take part in the lawsuits of the aggressor. The right to private life and information confidentiality of the victim is guaranteed. The victim's private life and identity are protected. The registration, storage, and use of personal data concerning the victim shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law on the protection of personal data.
