Line 024, for Attention to Suicidal Behavior, is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. It is free, accessible, immediate, confidential and staffed by experts, to support people with suicidal behaviour, family members and friends and intervene, if necessary, in complex high-risk situations.

The telephone includes a video interpreting service in sign language, as well as a telephone interpreting service that allows communication with people who speak another language in real time.
