The National Center for Digital Sexual Crime Response (NCDSCR) is a specialized division of the Women’s Human Rights Institute of Korea (WHRIK)—a statutory public entity under the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family (MOGEF) of the Republic of Korea. Mandated by law, the NCDSCR serves as the national focal point for survivor-centered support and global cooperation in addressing technology-facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV).

To combat Digital Sexual Crime, the NCDSCR provides comprehensive assistance, including the removal of non-consensual intimate images (NCII) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), alongside professional counseling and referrals for investigative assistance, legal aid, and medical support.
