National Center for Mental Health Promotion offers free and confidential support over phone. We are here to help everyone in Saudi Arabia who may need emotional support with anxiety, depression, eating & body image, stress, physical illness.

Our free support is provided for all mental health issues, whether you're in crisis or just need someone to talk to. You can contact us about anything that you're going through. We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one our friendly and supportive counselors who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone.
