Ozone House is dedicated to providing 24/7, free and confidential support by phone, text message (SMS) and online chat. We are here to help youth, the LGBTQ+ community in Michigan, United States who may require support with abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, Dementia & Alzheimer's, depression, eating & body image, family issues, gambling, gender & sexual identity, grief & loss, loneliness, parenting, pregnancy & abortion, relationships, school or work issues, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, suicide, supporting a friend or family member, trauma & PTSD.
We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you.
When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive counselors who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Our helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are always ready to support you.
