The Punjab Women’s Toll-Free Helpline 1043 is available 24/7 for women facing gender-based discrimination, harassment, or violence, or for women being denied legal and constitutional rights. It is managed and supervised by the Punjab Commission on the Status of Women, and the helpline team comprises of all-women call agents, three legal advisors, phycho social counselor, supervisors and management staff to address inquiries and complaints, and to provide psycho social counseling.
