Rape Crisis Society of Trinidad and Tobago is dedicated to providing 24/7, free, compassionate and confidential support by phone and text message (SMS). We exist to help everyone in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago who may be struggling or looking for support with abuse & domestic violence, depression, grief & loss, relationships, sexual abuse.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive counselors who have experience in how to help people with similar experiences to your own. They will listen, express empathy and understanding, and assist you to find a way through your situation. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
