SafeSpot is Jamaica’s national child and teen helpline operated by the Office of the Children’s Advocate in partnership with UNICEF and PSOJ. It is a free, 24/7 service that provides immediate, remote and confidential psychosocial support services to children and teens under 18 years old) via a toll-free landline, WhatsApp,webchat , BiP ( for Digicel users) as well as by direct messaging on Instagram and Snapchat.
