Samaritans is dedicated to providing 24/7, free and confidential support and information by phone. We are here for everyone in Jersey who may be experiencing emotional distress related to anxiety, depression, loneliness, stress, suicide.

Our free support is provided for all mental health issues, whether you're in crisis or just need someone to talk to. You can contact us about anything that you're going through. We are dedicated to preventing suicide. If you're contemplating suicide or you're worried about warning signs in someone else, please reach out to us for help.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone. We are always open. You can contact us for free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
