Through our SOS helpline, a team of professionals provides legal and psychosocial support to victims of domestic violence and to marginalized and vulnerable groups. Callers can receive emotional support, free primary legal aid, psychological counseling with a professional associate, information on rights and procedures, and referrals to relevant institutions and organizations. We also support victims and witnesses in criminal and misdemeanor proceedings. All services are free of charge and strictly confidential. Appointments for in-person counseling can be arranged via phone or e-mail.
