Since 1992, our helpline has provided a safe, anonymous, and non-judgmental space offering support and acceptance to the entire LGBTQIA+ community and beyond. You will be welcomed by a dedicated team of trained volunteer operators ready to listen and support you. In addition to our telephone helpline, we also offer the opportunity to access a short cycle of free psychological counseling sessions with professionals.
