About The Initiative - Advocacy for Survivors with Disabilities

The Initiative - Advocacy for Survivors with Disabilities offers free and confidential support and information over phone and text message (SMS). We are here for everyone, adults, the LGBTQ+ community, women, men, parents, seniors, veterans, including the deaf and hard-of-hearing, in Colorado, United States who may be struggling or looking for support with abuse & domestic violence, relationships, sexual abuse, trauma & PTSD.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive peers or volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone.
