Victim Service Centre 24 Hour Helpline

The Service Victim Center (VSC) provides 24-hour crisis response with a trained Volunteer Victim Advocate or professional staff members. This service is available on a 24-hour, seven day a week basis for telephone support and immediate crisis intervention, including hospital and/or police station accompaniment, crisis counseling, and referral services when appropriate. The mission of the VSC is to provide individualized services and resources to victims of violent crime, sexual assault or other traumatic circumstances. VSC services are free of charge and available to those over the age of 12. Anyone over the age of 12 can contact us, regardless of their gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs. We are ready to support you 24/7, whether it's the middle of the day or the middle of the night. VSC is the only certified Rape Crisis Center serving Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties in Central Florida.
