Womens Aid 24hr National Freephone Helpline 1800 341 900 is dedicated to providing free and confidential support and information. We help women in Ireland who may be experiencing emotional distress related to abuse & domestic violence, sexual abuse, supporting a friend or family member. The national helpline provides support in over 200+ languages and also has an online chat service, every morning and every evening, 7 days a week at www.womensaid.ie.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one our friendly and supportive counselors or volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges.
