Many of us have struggled with our mental health at some point, or we know someone who has. When we suspect that a loved one could be having mental health problems, it can raise concerns. If your loved one shows any of these signs, contact a helplines in Panama for advice – 1 helplines are available:

  • They appear to be consumed by their thoughts and in their own world.
  • They don’t seem to be keeping up with their daily responsibilities.
  • They have stopped caring about their physical appearance.
  • They have told you they are struggling emotionally.
