It is never easy to deal with traumatic experiences and resulting PTSD symptoms. There are 1 in Iceland that can help you begin your healing journey. Although each person’s experience of trauma and PTSD is unique, there are some common symptoms which include:

  • Feelings of guilt or shame about a traumatic event

The thoughts and feelings linked to trauma and PTSD are all completely normal. It’s okay to feel whatever you feel – and you can do so without guilt or shame.
