Our trained agents provide real-time support, help users understand symptoms, clarify health guidance, and offer referrals to nearby health facilities when needed. As part of our health promotion work, the Call Center also uses tools such as the Tunza Afya chart to empower callers to track healthy behaviors, strengthen self-care practices, and encourage positive behavior change.
