It provides a confidential phone, email, and chat service for children, youth, parents, guardians, and teachers to talk about emotions, rights, needs, or challenges—such as mental health concerns, family conflict, abuse, education, or online risks. The support team comprises psychologists, educators, social workers, and psychotherapists, mostly volunteers, offering emotional aid, guidance, advice, and referrals to relevant institutions. Beyond individual support, the helpline works closely with social services, police, the ombudsman, and public institutions to ensure intersectoral collaboration and timely intervention.
