Listening line intended to inform and support people suffering from eating disorders (ED), as well as their loved ones, family or entourage. The line is also open to healthcare professionals faced with a difficult clinical situation. Listening is provided by ED specialists: psychologists (Monday), family and patient associations (Tuesday), doctors (Thursday) or all specialists on a work-study basis (Friday). Double anonymity is guaranteed, both for the caller and the listener. Language spoken: French exclusively. The telephone service is provided four days a week (Wednesdays excluded), from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
