Asuda provides safe and confidential support to women and girls who are survivors of gender-based violence (GBV). Through its listening centers, Asuda offers psychological counseling, legal aid, and social reintegration services. Qualified psychologists meet with survivors to assess their mental health and provide tailored psychological sessions aimed at healing trauma. In addition, trained social workers offer advice and support to help women reintegrate into society and regain independence. Services are primarily offered in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (including Sulaymaniyah, Erbil, and Duhok). Confidentiality and dignity are central to every interaction.
